This site bears witness to the fact that unions are, indeed, more than a place for a person to learn and grow as an individual and make a decent living the process or for a company to find highly skilled and dedicated people.  It is also an affirmation of the fact that Unions are much like an extended family, standing in solidarity to accomplish together what alone we cannot.  We stand united in the cause of human justice and, when the need arises, in support of a Brother or Sister in their time of need.
